How much does pool service cost?
Service runs on a yearly agreement at a fixed rate, split into equal monthly payments. The rate depends on your pool, spa and how the property is used. Quotes are always free.
Is it better to repair or replace a pool pump?
If the motor or seal has failed on a newer pump, repair usually makes sense. On an older single-speed pump, a variable-speed replacement often lowers power bills.
Do you work on hot tubs and spas?
Yes. Spas are included in our cleaning, chemistry and equipment checks, and we repair spa heaters, pumps and controls.
Do you service vacation rentals?
Yes. About half of our customers are rentals. We work with owners and rental companies and send reports to both.
Are you a Hayward warranty center?
Yes. We are a Hayward authorized dealer and warranty center, so we can handle warranty claims directly.
Do you use clarifiers or algaecide?
Only when truly necessary. We balance water to industry indices and use enzymes and phosphate removers to keep it clear.
Why do you recommend salt systems?
A salt system makes chlorine steadily, which keeps levels more precise and lower and reduces stabilizer buildup.
What happens during a hurricane?
Visits pause while an active hurricane affects the area. We help prepare pools before storms and clean up and rebalance afterward.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. As long as we can reach the pool and equipment, we will service it and email you a report with photos.
