Pool Filter Installation on the Outer Banks

A properly sized filter is what keeps pool water clear. We install new cartridge, DE and sand filters matched to your pump and pool, from Corolla to Nags Head.

What’s included

What a Filter Install Includes

We start by matching the filter to your pump’s flow and your pool’s volume. A filter that is too small clogs fast and strains the pump; one that is sized correctly runs longer between cleanings.

We remove the old filter, re-plumb as needed, install the new unit with fresh valves and fittings, then start up the system and check pressure and flow.

Why it matters

Why the Right Filter Matters

Clear water starts with filtration

Chemicals keep water safe, but the filter keeps it clear. A filter that is undersized or worn out lets fine debris stay in the water, no matter how well the chemistry is balanced.

Coastal tip: Blowing sand loads up filters faster at the beach, so filter size and type matter more here.

Cartridge, DE or sand?

Cartridge filters are easy to clean and save water. DE filters capture the finest particles. Sand filters are simple and durable. We will recommend the right type based on your pool and how much maintenance you want.

Installed with the whole system in mind

A new filter changes how the pump, heater and plumbing work together. We check pressure and flow at start-up so everything runs as it should.
